Warranties

Pono Revival LLC does not provide any warranties on products except that limited warranties are provided only for certain manufactured products (i.e., water filtration systems). See each product for specific details.

Returns

We strive for total client satisfaction with every product we sell. We are proud of the quality of our products and want to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the remaining unused and unopened product within 15 days of your purchase, and we will refund you for the unused portion. Opened items cannot be returned unless they are factory defective, as they are consumables.

Filtration systems, including replacement filters, may be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping charges. All returns via shipping must have an approved RMA for processing. Please send us an email to request an RMA.

Limitation of Liability: Purchase and Use of Products

Pono Revival LLC shall have no liability to you as a publisher of information or seller or re-seller of any products or vendor services, including, without limitation, any liability for any defective products.
